On February 13, 2012  Director Larry Birns and COHA Research Fellow Alex Sanchez  were interviewed by Voice of Russia on the ongoing Falklands diplomatic crises between the United Kingdom and Argentina.

COHA Research Fellow Peter Tase was quoted by Datamyne in his article “How sweet it is” on Paraguay’s sugar exports.

On February 14, 2012  Telemundo TV interviewed COHA Research Fellow Alex Sanchez on the topic of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act,  known otherwise as “Obamacare.”

Russia TV featured COHA director Larry Birns and Research Associate Alex Gibson were featured on Russia Today (TV) on the Falklands/Malvinas dispute.

On February 15, 2012 Telemundo TV interviewed COHA Research Fellow Alex Sanchez on the fire in a Honduran prison in the city of Comayagua.

On February 16, 2012 COHA Research Fellow Alex Sanchez attended the National Defense University’s speech by Frank Mora, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for the Western Hemisphere Affairs, under the title “U.S. – Latin American Relations.”
