Both of these operations are under the direction of our CIA and reflect the policies of most of our right wing think tanks as to taking care of business over taking care of people. Calling anyone a 'graduate' of anyplace when total time of attendance is no more than a few weeks is absurd. Naming those who later committed crimes without any effort to show a cause-effect relationship is blatantly dishonest. Glaring examples-- Roberto Viola and Leopoldo Galtieri were leaders of the Argentine junta in the early '80s. Viola went to Panama in 1972 as the escort for a cadet group; Galtieri attended an Engineer course in 1949 when he was a 23-year-old lieutenant.
