Spending money no one has and never repaying any of these debts. As we were told during the Reagan years, deficits don't matter because of the concept of credit. All of the world's money has indeed become monopoly money. I become more disenchanted with capitalism the further we get into this crisis. The common theme with Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico is the one concept that entire economy is hinging on: CREDIT. Spending money no one has and never repaying any of these debts.
