		<description>I do not agree  with the comments in the article, because it lacks accuracy and was poorly reseached. This current president and Mr. Fujimiori and Toledo governed with a very low percentage of approval it is fact in Peruvian politics. The intromission od H. Chavez and Morales  in internals affairs is also documented. Part of the social unrest is orchestrated by Mr. Humala in an attemp to create a false sensacion of caos with political gains. Obiously Peru is one of the most difficult countries to govervn as a result of regionalism/centralism quarrals . Geography also plays it&#039;s role. Thanks , Anibal </description>
