		<description>You state that Brazil&#039;s sugar production is maxed out in addition to the decrease in sugar production by India resulting in the short supply and 3-year high sugar prices.  Is the U.S. maxed out in its sugar production?

If sugar cost is high, wouldn&#039;t repealing the tarriff not affect domestic production as the sugar is in demand and lead to a both-sides-win situation?</description>
