		<description>After 30 PLUS years our streets still filled with drugs ,what M Rupert said about the CIA entering the drug to the nation make sense, In our supermarkets like stop and shop (boston) you find the blood bananas etc etc from Colombia or Honduras or .. Allegedly Uribe have a team for extrajudicial killings and is a fact the intimidation and killings of journalist in Colombia ,see HRW . </description>

		<description>Relatively balanced article! Although evidence in most cases is wanting, its absence does not indicate the non-existence of the activities in question. As was rightly stated, the possible consequences of FARQaeda&#039;s activity, if true, will be ominous and once again, law enforcement and intelligence communities will be playing catch up to criminal sydicates who appear to have a better understanding regarding the benefits of co-operation and collaboration in realizing their goals. A multi-lateral strategy must be employed in intelligence gathering and the execution of any action determined thereby. </description>
