Allegedly Uribe have a team for extrajudicial killings and is a fact the intimidation and killings of journalist in Colombia ,see HRW . As was rightly stated, the possible consequences of FARQaeda's activity, if true, will be ominous and once again, law enforcement and intelligence communities will be playing catch up to criminal sydicates who appear to have a better understanding regarding the benefits of co-operation and collaboration in realizing their goals. A multi-lateral strategy must be employed in intelligence gathering and the execution of any action determined thereby. Relatively balanced article!
