		<description>The main problem regarding the land-tenure government opposition is that those so-called &#039;farmers&#039; in the lowlands are simply agribusiness elite (Santa Cruz). It&#039;s a pity, but they are the ones who are dividing the social unity in a national context. They are afraid to lose their political power and economic interests.</description>
